Hotel Minitel Inn

During my travels through Sultanpur, I unexpectedly found myself stuck in horrendous traffic due to the Mahakumbh festival. I was truly grateful for the warm hospitality I received at Minitel Hotel. The manager, Sonendra Ji, and the entire staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and safe in such a stressful situation. Despite not staying overnight, they offered me coffee, water, anything I needed, and valuable guidance on how to navigate the chaos around the area. Their promptness and care in ensuring my well-being during such an unusual time were impressive. They offered me a room to use, which was clean, well-kept, and seemed like a peaceful place to rest. I can tell that this is a reliable hotel, offering excellent service even during unpredictable moments. I highly recommend it for anyone passing through or going to Sultanpur, and I look forward to returning when I'm next in India. Full stars for the professionalism and hospitality, especially during such a busy and chaotic time!

The hotel's staff (Avinash Pandey) its greatest asset - they're knowledgeable, efficient, and always willing to help.The staff's friendly and courteous demeanor made us feel right at home.

Jai Mata Di Har Har Mahadev Excellent location rooms are well hygiene and a hygienic atmosphere needs very little improvement and overall experience was superb ..... Food served is too yummy
