They are very non professional, I reached late in night the man agreed to provide room on agreed rate but when we bring luggage on counter the man increased rates, because he was thinking it's late night, and we have no options. # Non professional, # takes benefit of compulsions.

Service is good, taking necessary precautions during pandemic time. They could improve their kitchen.

Washrooms inside the rooms are not at all good,parking is also not very big, at max 2-3 cars can be parked in its parking.It is located on main road and can easily be noticed due to its size.The hall available for organising function is good for only 40-60 people,as it is not so big.Not clear price details are available but it is presently one of the best function organising hotel in sultanpur which is closest to allahabad(prayagraj). If you want to organize something better at affordable price, better go to Allahabad,as it has many such function organising halls which are located at the outskirts only.

Staying experience was quite pleasant although stayed for one night only. They could do more work on lighting of washroom and also fragrance in room and bedding.

Everything is very bad. Rooms are too small and too dirty. All Services are bad.

Rooms and services are fine... People looking for great surroundings and reasonable rates may get little disappointed... Fine experience overall

Place is nice but it don't have a parking. Also staff is not trained. Rooms are decent.
