Akosha - Hotel Four Leaf Varanasi

My mother was denied to stay in the hotel, as they said that "locals allowed nahi hain" (locals are not allowed). She went with my younger sister who had her CUET exam. Her center was close to the hotel, as my mother had to wait for a few hours and the center was far from our home she wanted to stay in a hotel nearby, which she was denied. This is after, she said that she'll definitely pay for her stay. What kind of rules are these that locals are not allowed. If you have so much problem with the locals of Varanasi, why open your hotel here. This gave the same feeling as if living in British era "Indians and dogs not allowed". Pathetic. It's saddening to see that even in 2025 such places and rules exist.

Everything is fine but for the heavy noise created by the marriage party during late night hours. The sound level was so high that the we were unable to sleep till the celebration was over, which was too late..

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family, and it was a bad experiences . Banaras is currently at 9degC, and despite the extreme cold, the hotel couldn't provide hot water. Their geyser doesn't work, and they couldn't arrange any alternative. To make matters worse, they didn't even provide extra towels when requested. We had senior citizens with us, and they had to bathe in freezing cold water due to the hotel's lack of basic facilities. This hotel is highly mismanaged, and I strongly advise against staying here. Don't waste your money--this place is not worth it!

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future and could like to meet again # Mr. Roshan .. Rooms and facilities were nice. Food is good, the people you meet and the environment. Had fun last few days a lot and we played games and all. Friendly people and the ambience. Location of the hosteller is also good and perfect. Enjoyed a lot here!
