Points to consider before visiting here. 1. Staff behaviour is extremely rude, they are not bothered to welcome any guest. 2. Management is pathetic, manager is not interested in listening to the guests. 3. Food is okay, not extraordinary. At least it's not worth the mismanagement and rude behaviour of waiters. 4. Waiters have the audacity to ask for tips after delivering pathetic service. 5. Plates served had hairs stuck to it. 6. No one is there to attend when a guest enters and though there were multiple tables empty one cannot sit as they were loaded with dishes and leftovers of previous guests and no one was listening to clean it even after repeatedly asking for it. 7. They have an awful system of management. Every waiter is assigned a table, and if you call another waiter other than that table's waiter, they are not going to listen to you. You'll have to wait for that table's waiter to appear in front of you (which takes forever) to order something or even ask for something as simple as a tissue. 8. Asked for a finger bowl post eating dinner, the waiter said "Finger bowl aane mein time lagega, wash basin turant ho jayega", The finger bowl will take time, wash basin will be quick. 9. On close inspection I noticed the Table and plates are cleaned by waiters with the same cloth, no sense of hygiene is there in the staff and management is not bothered, this is serious and can even cause food poisoning. 10. The pickled onion served was extremely dry, on informing the same to waiter he replied "Geela Karke Le aau" in a rude tone. I was appaled to see that he was ready to replace that onion with the onion from the table of a previous guest's table which they might have used. I asked for some freshly cut onions on seeing this. Conclusion - The basic sense of hygiene is missing, the staff is rude and the management is pathetic, also the food is average. People go for dinner outside not for food but for experience and if this kind of experience they are offering it is better to visit some other place, also this will save you from potential food poisoning.

All thing showing good and hygeine maintain but the staff are not good for service and the dosa I order the taste waste of money don't be try food this resturant and maina thing is that not provide gst bill he only provide estimate bill of the food and everything on handwritten and estimated

Very rude staff.. specific the person selling breads.. he has no manners of how to treat customers.. he speaks so badly that I feel very disrespectful.. he insulted in front of my family.. my wife just stopped me otherwise I will file a complaint against him in consumer forum..

I went here for my friend's bday, and overall it was awesome, they helped us in the arrangements, refreshments and gave us the seclude seat to make us comfortable, the service was good, the food was served quickly, the water was also given when we asked for a second bottle, but the only reason for deduction of points is that one of the waiter was staring at us weirdly and being all girls we noticed it very quickly, so that might be needed to be took care of

The hotel is amazing and food is delicious and service is good The only thing I don't like is I ordered chocolate pudding and the picture of chocolate pudding in menu was big like pudding in small plate and when it comes it was like very very small the quantity was too less please add more quantity that's it And everything was good
