Hotel Aman Inn and Banquet.

Stay experience was not so good as there bed sheet were not cleaned there were hairs on bed and the towel they offered had yellow stains... Washroom was too stinky not even clean over all a 2 star rating hotel. I booked this hotel by using goibebo and this hotel hotel owner started asking me to bring marriage certificate or pay extra amount to allow check in

Don't ever go in this hotel. Totally worst to stay here. Here is few space for parking, service is so poor. Cutt off Ac power in night if require geneset's power newer regularly on .staff shutt off in night. The main thing is Owner n staff

Worst Hospitality Experience In this Hotel.||||Behavior of staff is rude,||Lizards in the room's walls||No mosquitoe repellent, we asked at the time of chek inn and he said NOT AVAILABLE.||Blood Stains On Pillows. ||*Service of food is pathetic as well as the Quality of food cheesy.*||||We order the food at 9:30pm with the time of 45min and we get it at 11:30pm. All Dishes are like PANI KA JHOL.||We stayed on 16-17th April on the function of my brother's Ring Ceremony.||||Don't come here to loose your Hard earned Money.

Although overall hotel was decent. But, the service is one of the worst part of the hotel. Owner was not much interested to handle the customer problem. Instead argued and asked cross questions to customers! Behavioural Issue. Few Issues which I found , attached pics where ever it's possible to validate the points. 1. Ordered food required minimum 1 hours to be served! Don't expect food like restaurant as the greavy of almost every vegetables was complete liquid. 2. Fan was not working in few rooms and making enough sound to disturb your sleep. Interestingly, one fan was not starting and hotel staff tried to start the fan by using a stick! 3. Electricity board in few rooms were coming out. 4. In one room ACs draining water was leaking into the room only! 5. Had to ask for few basic things multiple times - like mosquito repellent, towels, doormates, soap and ofcourse ordered food as it takes 1 hours to be served! However, hall for the function was good.

Very clean rooms. Receptionist was also very kind and helpful. Only thing was food was taking too long and was not that tasty. Other services are provided in time.

Room is good, location is convenient, Lift wasn't working, Worst part: Service is poor, manager/owner is very casual in hospitality. When i, as a guest was standing in front of the counter, he was sitting in the reception counter with legs at front on the desk. Very disrespectful!

It's a great hotel in the heart of sitapur. Decent and clean rooms, courteous staff & promt service make your stay more comfortable. Had a great time.
