Ghar Parivar Home Stay

Room was clean and have good ambient. But AC didn't work throughout night which lead to a very bad experience. Not able to sleep complete night. Also told at reception about AC, they said it will work once electricity come. But it didn't work even after electricity came. booking id was INZV7862. Person over reception had given me room in front of reception. I had booked room just to sleep comfortably but your pathetic service had made it unbearable for me to stay. I spend sleepless night over there and checked out at sharp 5 a.m in morning.
