Unacceptable Behavior by Night Staff I recently stayed , Unfortunately, my experience was marred by the worst behavior I've ever encountered from night staff. I requested extra towels from the night staff. Instead of providing them, the staff member was rude, uncooperative, and dismissive. When I politely asked again, they became aggressive and argumentative. The night staff's behavior was unacceptable and made me feel disrespected and uncomfortable. As a paying guest, I expect basic courtesy and respect, especially during late-night hours when assistance is needed. *Warning to Future Guests* Be cautious when interacting with the night staff . Their behavior can be unpredictable and unprofessional. Worst food and overprice charges with small space rooms like store room I hope this review serves as a warning to future guests and prompts the hotel management to take necessary actions to improve their staff's behavior.

Our 25k cash was stolen from our room. Probably a hotel staff took out 25k out of the 50k cash that was in the bag when we locked our room for some time and went out for some work. Room size was very very small and room services were below par. Multiple follow ups everytime.

Delicious food and services is too accompanied and atmosphere is suiting to need and well co ordinated staff . Must visit once for the happy experience.

There is no proper exhaust in the rooms of this hotel, that too in the deluxe room and one feels suffocated in it and its service is absolutely rubbish.
