Delicious food ,very clean rooms, good service best staff very well talking way stop with the customers

The hotel is the worst experience we had in our trip. They said, ladies are not allowed to stay in the hotel. Only if she is married and comes with her husband, then they allow such ladies. Otherwise it doesn't allow any female. It was middle of the night and we already spoke with the hotel before but they didn't mention any such factors which is a major point to note. They are cutting half of the persons who are also paying same amount of tax to government and doing everything like male persons. Such a backward mentality in such a backward area (shamli is not recommended for girls if you guys are travelling) It's a horrible place, can rage you with this type of sick mentality. I hope these things come to notice of governments and they try to develop this things. Only shaking hands with foreign female leaders doesn't make you advance if you are failing to develop your own country.

Dirty and smelly rooms. Lobby wasn't clean at all. Flys were everywhere. Despite asking the cleaner to clean the room, he wasn't ready. It felt like cleaning is our job not his. Whole ground floor smells likes someone has vomited there.Ventilation issues. Bedsheets were not changed. I asked them to change the bedsheet but my request was completely ignored.Even towels were not clean. . They need to teach staff on how to behave professionally. It can be a better place however they have to improve cleaning and room services. This review is not to completely criticise the hotel but to help them improve to their game. Owner came in the morning to get the payment but he knew nothing how his staff keep the hotel. Spend some time there buddy....

I had a very bad experience. Came in at night to check-in before confirming it two times and the staff was there but they didn't allow us to check in. Guess the reason: they don't allow females to stay in the hotel even in the separate room. We had booked the return cab to shamli bus stand to find out new accommodation and all that at night.

Hotel sky lark is good. Rooms and toilets were very clean. Rooms are good, spacious, but not as shown in pictures as of 15th Feb 2023.

High price and bed service

Best hotel in budget. Service is also good. Food was tasty
