very rude behavior of staff. The staff of this hotel is very rude. I have stayed in this hotel for 8 days and am fed up. Sometimes they do not change the bedsheet, sometimes they do not give towels, sometimes they do not give kits, if you ask they say look for some other hotel. They do not open the door in the morning, when I told them the staff said if you want to stay then stay, the door will open like this only. They are saying the same thing to another customer also, don't stay next time. They talk rudely to all the customers.

Went to this hotel for a wedding function, The party hall was spacious and air-conditioning was working properly. The food they served was good in taste. This party hall could accommodate around 150-200 people. However the rooms are small in size but are in good condition, beds are comfortable and the bathroom was also clean. Would recommend for any party or get together.

This is the perfect place for large gathering. I was here for attend my friend's family marriage. Beautiful decoration, well organized arrangements, with testy food. Dedicated parking for 2 wheelers and four wheelers. Recommended for grand celebration and create beautiful memories as I created.

Small rooms with blankets stinking. Not good

Rooms prices are a bit higher side, services related to restaurant are slow.. However, quality is ok. The interiors are very good and look is very beautiful. Over all its a nice place .

Kapoor's hut is a hotel & marriage lawn located at a distance of 150 meters from Bareilly mod in Shahjahanpur. The marriage lawn is spacious and halls are large enough to accommodate large gathering. Rooms are neat and clean and have all amenities of a good hotel room. The only negative point (and a huge one) that I could see is the construction business that is going on the site. This hugely impacts the entrance experience and gives a bad impression.

Good place, rooms are ok, cleanliness is maintained but really need some improvements like lift in hotel (much needed), carpets in hotel room galleries, lawn can be improved, Considering the competition and facilities in other hotels, place can really be made 4-5 star with some investment and improvements.
