The place is nothing like it appears in the pictures, and the cost is far too high for the services provided. The bedding was dirty, with hair and stains all over. Even after requesting a change, the new bedding was equally stained and had a horrible smell. The bathrooms were in poor condition, filthy, and the doors were broken. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially families.

Royal Panna is one of the better options for accommodation in Shahjahanpur, located conveniently in the heart of the city. The rooms are well-maintained and comfortable, offering a pleasant stay experience. The bar is decent, though it doesn't stand out and could use some improvement in terms of variety or ambiance. One drawback is the pricing, which feels slightly higher than what the facilities truly justify. Good location and good food. Starters were good and for breads you need to elaborate a bit to get the ones of your choice. Mention less oil preparation else you may get a layer of oil floating above your veggies. If you take the above precautionary actions.. they comply with it and the food turned out good.

The taste is too goooood..... Eerything else is fine, just need to improve the interior decor and background music for making it a more happening place.

It was an overall good experience. They charged us 2500 per room which i think is pretty high as per city and the services and the rooms. Rooms were good, but few things like AC was old and broken but still working, in washroom on Day1 there was no got water but on day2 it was available. So yeah, overall good but price is not justified.

Snacks are absolutely amazing but the main course is average. It's been 6 or 7 times since I have complained about the dishes. You can surely visit if you are in search of some snacks but for the main course i recommend Satyam hotel.
