Service was good and food was great! Only issue was every staff that is like 7-8 d9fferent people like guard, room staff for each shiftetx asking for tip from 1st hour itsef which seemed odd and uncomfortable.

I stayed in this hotel in 1990 for more than one year, owner of this hotel Mr. Arora was a very helping and nice person. Got great hospitality from team Durga Tourist hotel owner and staff, each one of them was ever ready to extend any help at local level. Nice place to stay.

My personal experience with this hotel is very bad, due to these things first of all the rooms are in very bad condition because of the old interior and the services are bogus. As they do not consider timing as their priority while serving the guest. The food they serve is okay because some things are good and some things are bad. They have good meal options but their snacks are the worst. They used to have a treat as their restaurant but that was also closed because of the poor taste and service. One of the Worst hotels in shahjahanpur. As for the location the hotel is in a good place as it is located near the cantonment area of shahjahanpur. Dominos is also located just in front of this hotel. Tanishq is now available at the place of treat restaurant below this hotel. Anyone who wants to purchase Jewelry can buy without travelling if they are staying at this place. As for tourists the location is okay because the tawn hall area is located very near this hotel. Famous outlets like dominos, KFC, pizza huts are available just in this area. Also this hotel is 1.5 km in range with the bus and railway station of shahjahanpur. So, it is extremely comfortable and feasible for the visitors. They now have a small Hall beside tanishq called The durga hotel restaurant. And also have a small Hall in front of and near domino's for a small party bookings.... Like anniversary parties, birthday parties etc..., Also a selfie point is near this hotel which can add a great value to this place for photo addicts. But many other hotels options are also available near this area which are far better than this hotel.

Complete value for price. The rooms are comfortable for 2-3 day stay. A wide choice of rooms too. They come in all sizes. The suites are especially big, I must say. The staff is cordial and keen on helping you through your stay. The food is tasty and the room service is great. The only eye sore are the staff uniforms. They look old and bit unclean. Overlooking that for a short stay, and this is a decent place to be in.
