Giving 5 star for room and staff, but... They are not giving water bottles free with the room, if we ask for the water they will charge you as per the bottle price..

Poor service staff not at all coperative had dinner at restaurant,took a lot of time to serve dinner, had excessive salt in mix veg, was provided with onions as salad without washing on being complaining at reception no one responded and receptionist walked away from counter

Worst service I ever seen. Arrogant behaviour by manager. Bathrooms not cleaned and if you ask to clean them, manager told customer to ask workers. There is already fight between manager and house keeping staff. Owner not reachable. No water not even hot water for morning chores.

Wonderful experience all services are too good and hotel staff are behaviour is much more the good
