Very horrible experience. There is no lock in the room. I booked room for my official purpose for 4 days from gobigo. When i go out side the hotel for 5-6 hrs during that period they take our luggage and other things at reception and rent the room to someone else for 2-3 hrs. When we come from office we see our all luggage are without any permission are kept at reception. Our luggage and others things in bag just like they are garbage. Very bad service.
