I had an exceptional stay at this hotel! Rooms are immaculately clean and hygienic, exceeding my expectations. The event hall on 4th is truly impressive, perfect for conferences, weddings, and celebrations. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Great amenities and excellent service. Highly recommend this hotel for both events and stays!!!

It's a good place to stay if you're visiting for a few days only. Rooms are spacious and generally clean. They could stock up their cleaning staff and improve on their service. Staff was quite friendly and Trier to be helpful, overall. Location may not be the best if you're going there on vacation. Our room had no windows and the hotel is located in the middle of an industrial suburb. Festive halls were pretty and clean.

Room was nice and clean but let me tell you it's very evident that the staff is not professionally trained for running a hotel. We asked for lunch and as per the staff the restaurant n kitchen was closed!!! We asked for juice during breakfast and it wasn't available. We paid 7000 per day for the room but got really disappointed with their behaviour!!! Loud music is continuously playing and you will definitely not like it if you want to relax. Speakers are attached outside every single room. Staff didn't had a uniform and they behave rudely. It's really bad that such a good property is not managing the things properly!!! I would prefer a cheaper hotel for having at least a respectful stay. Worst experience I've ever had in a hotel. Better options available as we had stayed in other hotel before checking in to this one.

Very well designed and super comfortable rooms. |Hygiene is 5/5|Staff is very co-operative.||They have a restaurant by the name of Jalsa, which serves delicious North Indian food. ||This place is highly recommended for people looking for a stay in Saharanpur. Its value for money.

The hotel rooms are decent and clean. Staffs are decently skilled. The hotel lies on the Saharanpur to Dehradun road near transport nagar so the location is quiet and ok. But the food quality could have been better but since the footfall is minimal so the same seems to be ok

Worst hotel service.||||1. For the whole night water was not coming in the washroom.||||2. Electricity-cut for almost 3-4hrs in the night. In the high temperature of this summer electricity was not coming for almost 3-4hrs||||3. In the middle of the night AC Stopped working||||4. They asked us to shift to smaller room and the lame excuse they were giving was that they cannot run the centrally controlled AC for just one room.||||We stayed for 3 nights and every night there was new issue in the hotel.||||On the first night, AC was not working and then they asked us to shift to another room.||||On the second night, water was not coming for the whole night and||||worst was on the last night when there was a electricity cut for almost 3-4 hours.||||They charged us 3000/night, which is a very good amount for the hotels in a city like Saharanpur and the service they provided was worst then any third class lodge.||||But yes the staff was totally cooperative||||I will advise everyone not to book this hotel

There is few suggestions, which manager should correct. Its a Lodge, not a Hotel i.e. its a good Lodge for stay but not a even two star hotel. Its situated in a Mall, over shops. There is no chevk in chek out procedure. After 11 pm yill 9am, even there is no receptionist and absolutely no security. There is onlh one Guard at downstair gate.

The service of your hotel is very good, the nature of the hotel staff is very good but the service in your restaurant is not good, breakfast is not available till 10:30 in the morning and the staff in the restaurant do not even have the manners to talk, please attention to this
