The rooms were neat and clean. Closer to Bus station and Railway Station. Recommended

location wise good. Facilities are average. maybe suitable for budget hotel.

Wrost hotel i have ever seen. I Booked an ac room and ac was not working over there when i complained to manager he said we are not responsible for electricity cuthowever i paid charges for an ac room. I suggest everyone don't go there

This place is a nightmare, not a hotel. It's more appealing to sleep on a railway platform than endure this establishment's frequent power cuts, malfunctioning AC, staff who are drunk and careless, filthy rooms infested with mosquitoes and bed bugs, and pervasive foul odors. It's like checking into a horror movie set. I wish I could give them -5star

The hotel service is awufull. Staff don't response. Even the phone provided in rooms is dead. Rooms are in very bad condition and stinks. I stayed there on 10th Feb 2024. I feel like I am staying in pathetic place. Guys If you are going to Saharanpur please do not prefer this. I am telling you it will nothing give u much than regret. Staff is pathetic service is pathetic. If I would get a chance to close ant hotel in the world I will definitely do this for this hotel. It should be closed permanently. I am writing mail to Govt of India too to look these bad hotels framework as well so atleast we will get rid of such pathetic hotels in future.

Worst experience. Management and staff both are having irresponsible attitude towards services and maintenance. Cleanliness and security aspects are very poor as doors and windows are not having proper locking system. Heavy noise day and night due to heavy traffic outside hotel. Rating at OYO is falsely managed and most of the customers have given adverse comments and ratings. Catering is also poor. Electric equipment are not properly functioning.

The worst hotel i have ever stayed in my life....i booked this hotel from oyo... first of all room was not as it is shown in pictures, condition of room was so bad...and the worst part was your network will not properly work in that hotel areas and rooms.... Condition of the room : 1. Worst bed with bad quality of blanket. 2. Network issues. 3. Light were not work properly...single bulb with very dim light that you can't even see properly. 4.water flow in tap was bad. 5. Not even a single socket was working for charging phones. 6. No mirror in the room. 7. Mosquitoes were free. you can have too many mosquitoes for playing in the room. Over-all you will feel like a worst room with red light area kinda feeling.
