Hotel The Maurya's

Amazing hotel. . perfect location.. well maintained rooms . I would recommend everyone for all corporate travellers having budget of 1000 to 1500 per night . For best comfort you can go to Grand Maurya starts from 2500 to 4000.

This room was absolutely disgraceful for the price. It was old, filthy, and clearly not maintained in years. I couldn't even get an hour of sleep due to constant noise coming from the floor above. It was like staying in a nightmare. To top it off, when I checked out, the staff had the audacity to charge me for a water bottle. If this is what an "executive" room looks like, I shudder to think about the rest of the place. Completely unacceptable.

Rooms were good and quiet ,, but there is no food service , you can find some good restaurants nearby , and i suggest not to relay on staff for food arrangement they will take eternity to bring you food service form outside of the Hotel ,,, otherwise the experience was good...

It is mentioned as 3 star hotel, it is lie, not at all any star rating hotel. rooms are very dirty, bath room is dirty, room walls and RCC top roop is wet and un tidy. very small room and congestion , in photos rooms are looks like bigger but in reality rooms are very very small. electric switches and plugs are open and very dangoerous, very carefully we should ise when it is dark. I don't recommend this room for any one to stay. not worth to spend 300rs per room.

Very slow service... Double bed is too small... I orderd chilled water, they took 15 minutes and served normal water in the month of June. What they said was unbleavable "sir we don't have chilled water it will take 1hour to get chilled. Then I purchased it from outside at 11pm. It was my worst hotel experience.

Though I stayed in Hotel The Maurya's couple of times, and every time tried to ignore issue, but every time a new issue poped up and made me to rate "Disliked it" Rooms on first floor are small, on second floor extra small, in basement sufficient but, but bathroom size goes extra small in basement rooms that makes difficult even to take a bath. And in winters you can take bath only if you are lucky enough to get hot water in your bathroom. On my last visit, waited an hour for hot water and had to leave for an important meeting without taking bath. The only thing that made me to revisit was relatively clean bedsheets and quilt, but finally other negative factors weighed in and I had to call "No more visit".

Well in simple words, If you want to stay in city centre and you have no other choice then You will Chose it.||No Temp. Check practice for Guest or other person.||Staff is not full Trained and they will not care about CORONA Situations and same time they are not care about utensils cleaning .||The Bed Sheets and bed mattress conditions are not good.||Must be carry your own Bed Sheet and Cover Sheet along with Pillow cover .||Same time Carry your own Tooth Brush , Soap , Comb and Towels.||No Toiletries are provided here. Only Hand wash is in Bathroom.||Must Be carry your own surface sanitizer for room sanitizing and bathroom sanitizing.||No kitchen facility, what ever you order they will take from outside . ||No extra option in Breakfast, fix items , when I was stayed ||No LIFT in this property. The staircase passage is very narrow and steep . ||All Guest rooms are on First and second Floor. If you are not able or old person to use stairs then please not stay in this hotel ||||In a single line, If you will not get any other Property then It is just for a very less time time period and in city centre location . The tariff amount is waste , better you will choose other.

Please don't go on the rating. The rating is paid and put by the hotel staff themselves. The rooms are very small. The staff doesn't listen after many complaints. They also irritate the guests by asking them to rate their hotel 5 stars and then check out. They have designated a employee name Shiv Kumar for getting good ratings on Google. He keeps on irritating and asking guests to rate 5 stars and praise for the hotel. So I request not to go on the ratings instead you can go for hotels like Lemon International, Hotel Uttam, Hotel President which are on the same road and provide better services.
