Hotel Suryalok

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the service was unprofessional, and the staff seemed disinterested in helping guests. The rooms were in terrible condition--unclean, with a foul smell, and the bedsheets looked like they hadn't been changed in ages. The bathroom was even worse, with leaky taps, broken fixtures, and poor drainage. The food was below average, overpriced, and took forever to arrive. On top of that, the hotel was extremely noisy, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. Definitely not worth the money. I would never stay here again and would advise others to avoid it at all costs!

Everything was good the food was great but the quality of the mattress is not up to the mark instead of placing the bed sheet I personally saw duvet cover on my bed and rest everything fine

Receptionist was not properly well trained to be front desk as they stare at you like you going to do a crime especially the duty manager if not mistaken. Not a single smile from the front desk and not helpful enough when asking some request from them. Even staff from business center and concierge delivered a better service than front desk.

Don't know about rooms but had dinner here multiple times with family. Food taste and quantity is good. But ambience is not so. There is always smell of cigarettes smoke and weird smell. Crowd is not too good either. Mostly people drinking and smoking while having dinner. Feels scary going in night with ladies. As restaurant is also in basement.

It was a comfortable stay for three weeks in this hotel. The staff and the owner is optimistic, supportive and listen to your requirements at the earliest. The positive attitude of the staff covers up the lack of most of the basic amenities which were fulfilled on demand. As per the standards of Saharanpur the hotel provides you a comfortable stay. Food was nice , the hotel is wi-fi enabled, However you cant use your debit / credit cards to pay the bills( for which you need to carry cheque books or ATMs are just next door). Overall a comfortable stay.

Once upon a time it was a good property, now makes lesser attractions. Have gone to see party halls which were not adequate in fashion.

I don't have any problem with the hotel but I was treated very rudely by the front desk. I don't think they have the training they need

It was good..we stayed for two days but no-one came for cleaning...we eat outside so don't know about the food
