Hotel Royal Residency

We hosted a function at Hotel Royal Residency, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The venue is visually stunning, The decor and ambiance are elegant with a beautiful setup.|The management was extremely professional and ensured everything was well-organized. The service staff was prompt and courteous throughout the event. The food was delicious.|We are highly satisfied with the arrangements. We would definitely recommend this place.

I booked 5 rooms for my friends and bride friends and the Manager Mr Ashok confirmed to give breakfast but I must say very bad experience i had and they are biggest liars. Pathetic service. No breakfast to guest and also misbehaved with the guest. Never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Worst and 3rd class experience. The staff behaviour is so bad and pathetic. Don't plan your marriage, anniversary bday function here bhool kr bhi.. bcoz food quality is so so bad.. and arrangements will delay wrt time for sure..

My last corporate visit was in this hotel my first experience was excellent in this place Good atmosphere, very friendly staffs and tasty food I recommend my all friends to visit this place Best hotel in saharanpur

It's a very bad service provided , I have already lodged a complaint from my side. I am file the court case also , I was given the dirtiest food in the city. Ever since I ate that food, my health has started deteriorating. Even after telling us repeatedly, they did not listen to us and served us dirty food.

We had a wonderful stay at the Royal Residency. The room was bigger than most hotel rooms. It was clean and tidy. There bathroom was modern and spotlessly clean. Room service was prompt and the staff was courteous. The Breakfast buffet was good and we enjoyed a good South Indian breakfast on one day and eggs to order on the next. The hotel is 5 min from the railway station and is well located. All in all, I would recommend this stay.

I can say nice things about the hotel, rooms are clean, staff is friendly and polite, and the resturant in the hotel is amazing, some of the best food i have eaten on this part of the planet.
