Hotel Grand Plaza

I tell you the most wonderful thing here. Hotel Grand's finest specialty is its interior design. Its interior design is very attractive. Along with the rooms, the interior design of the bathroom is also good, which makes the heart happy. I admire the humble behavior of hotel staff. The food is very good. The best part here is not anything expensive.

Pathetic hotel. No windows, suffocating once you enter. No hot water, provided me with half a bucket of hot water. Services were below average and uncooperative staff. ZERO for this hotel.

Hotel is in narrow lane of the main market location in the city. Average cleanliness maintained in the room. 02 rooms booked & got some discount as well. Rooms on the ground floor doesn't have a washroom Exhaust which is not good (Room Freshener needed all the time). Overall doesn't expected much from this hotel in a small city.

A nice ,clean yet small place . Easily accessible as located on main road or better said to be on national highway and can be seen while moving on road as it is noticeable due to its location. They provide a good quality services in catering and accommodation facilities are also quite good. Overall a good place to celebrate small scale family or official functions and parties .

Good Place Was here for 3 day with my family for one of my friends Marriage, Booked 3 rooms 1 on ground floor and 2 on first All rooms are good out here its newly constructed place so things were in good condition, Clean Room & Washroom A good place for family stay. Dont open you room windows sorry but there nothing to see Food have not tried. Reasonable Pricing

Property is good but staff is not good don't know how to talk with guest, Un professional staff. Staff didn't know about hospitality service..

The hotel is a good option if you're planning to visit the city. The food rates are affordable. And the meals are good in taste in well. Have tried their breakfast and dinner. If you're having a tiring day then go for the in room food facilities. a small good hotel for a short stay. Location is good close all prominent places in saharanpur. rooms are good value for money. rooms lacks only one thing it is not so much sound proof as it should have to be. otherwise everything is good.

The hotel owner is not an ethical person. I booked a room for 11th Oct 2019-12th Oct 2019 at 6pm and received a confirmation for 10th-11th. I immediately reported the matter but the owner refused to entertain as he has already received the money. The staff member were ready to co-operate but the owner - Mr Karan Ahuja, did not listen and behaved arrogantly. He should not be in hospitality industry based on his behavior towards its customers. My money is wasted as i have paid the whole amount in advance. He had enough room in his hotel for 11th Oct-12th but was not ready to listen and swallowed my hard earned money with out giving me any room. God bless him with wisdom so that he understand the meaning of HARD EARNED MONEY.
