Hotel Adarsh Palace

Terrible Experience at this Hotel. I recently had the displeasure of staying at this Hotel and I must say it was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. From the moment I checked in until the day I left, there was a continuous stream of disappointments and frustrations that made my stay utterly unbearable. Unprofessional Staff Filthy Conditions: My room was not properly cleaned before my arrival, with visible dirt and stains on the floors and furniture. The bathroom was a breeding ground for mold and mildew, with a foul odor that permeated the entire room. Bucket and mug was very dirty it was like pochaa vaalaa baalttii Blanket, pillow and matress were sticking as hell. When i ask to change that other blanket n pillows were sticking Maintenance Issues: flush of washroom was not working. The remote of ac was missing so entire night i have to switch on off the ac. Despite multiple complaints, the issue was never resolved, Additionally, there was no sink in room where i ask to change the room then they refused. Noise and Disturbance made my stay a nightmare. In conclusion, my experience at this Hotel was an absolute disaster. From the unprofessional staff and filthy conditions to the maintenance issues and noise disturbances, this hotel failed to meet even the most basic standards of hospitality. I would strongly advise anyone considering staying here to look elsewhere for accommodation. There are numerous other options that offer far superior service and comfort.

Never go to this hotel highly not recommended for anyone. 1. Staff are very rude. They do not support. 2. Rooms was not clean. 3. Bed, bedsheet, pillow, blanket etc..... was not cleaned. 4. If you pay through digital money they will charge you 12% GST. 5. They force to pay by cash only. 6. There are lots of mosquito in the room. 7. Lots of rats are their in the room. 8. Even bathroom are not maintained & they are so dirty. 9. Will check out they will force you to leave early than your checkout time. 10. While billing again they charge you 12% extra GST. 11. Their room having a pungent smell. Which is un bearable. 12. Their is no parking facility. 13. Their is no wifi facility. 14. Room light sockets does not work. Their is nothing positive thing about this hotel. Better u can choose other hotels. Their are many more hotels near by with affordable rates, services, facilities.

The rooms are not clean smelling so bed, staff were also very arrogant. Its in front of clock tower saharanpur. Easy excees to railway station.

Location is very good located at city center. Although rooms are very good and clean, services are also very fast. Best ever hotel for stay because it's in budget amd free wi-fi, purified water and main thing is that there is space available for parking.
