Worst experience ever, room condition is average but in worst flush is not working properly, mug is also very dirty

Very very very Dirty room. Very unhygienic. Never go with your girlfriend Room ki almira k brabar me space tha jisse bahar ka banda easily uss space s ander room ka dekh sakta he. Worst hotel room I have ever seeen Just look like a cheap hotel room Continuous Running water in toilet commode No lock in toilet room.

The only plus is it is close to Saharanpur railway station. The rooms were okish but the bathrooms need work. Also the housekeeping department is quite laid back and not proactive. The food was ok but caused severe heartburn. Even for water I had to wait for 2 hours. They don't carry extra bedding on site. So incase you want it it might be a hassle.

Its a nice place where you eat some special food with amazing taste. Serving quality i like the most at this place. Overall good experience and must visit again.

Staff rude behaviour.. Demand Extra 500 charge above menu bill of hall.. Attitude behaviour with customers.. It's a second time chance with us..

Stafff is caring and friendly. However there was no hot water in rooms during the stay and dust was all over the room floor which was not cleaned and maintained properly. Hence this low rating

Food is jusk ok but service and counter person nature very bad

The rooms are clean, hygenic and modern. And, the restaurant offers delicious food with Mirzapur vibes. Love the place!
