Pathetic services. Smelly washrooms, no hot water and rooms with a lot of mosquitoes. Damaged and non-working equipments. Reported issues many times but no one is here to listen to the concerns. The lady sitting at reception is useless and didn't bother to address any reported issue. It's better to stay in a dharmashala (public resthouse) rather than this hotel.

Pathetic experience, worst hotel i have ever visited, rooms were stinking, washroom taps were leaking, no response for house keeping and specially the manager (Bald man) from himachal dont know why have so much attitude and arrogance, doesnt know how to talk to guests. At first he was becoming nice but after the booking his personality changes wholly. Over all very bad experience and i dont recommend anyone to visit here.

The hall, decoration, and service were excellent, but Manish Bhaiya's behavior truly stood out. He's an amazing person who made everything so easy for us and arranged everything we requested. The food was of top quality, with no compromises. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

I was there for my friend's marriage. They don't have good clean rooms. The lighting in the room is too bad and also the paint on the walls is faded. Washrooms are not clean either. They didn't have a hot water facility and the staff seemed rude when asked for some help.

One of the worst experience of mine with this hotel....gande rooms with a defected led...smelly washrooms with a lot of mosquitoes....very bad room service....food is also not good....one of the sbse Ganda rum of my life.....A big nofrom my side to K.R plaza

Not a good place for having events. We visited for a friend's marriage. The place was a bit mismanaged by the Hotel staff. They were having multiple events didn't bother to put the name and people were getting confused. Food quality and taste are also below average, the hotel staff was not giving enough attention. Also, the decoration was not up to the mark and was very loosely set up. So, services are not up to the mark.

The Hotel Has A Great Luxury,Clean Toilets And Good Buffet System It Also Has Clocks That Show Times Of Three Different Countries On The Reception And A Big Open Ground At The Back. They Also Have Air Filling For Tyres In Front Of The Hotel Which Is A Great Feature And The Staff Is Friendly Too.

Place is just average. We had booked multiple rooms. Half of the Rooms were smelling of smoking. Toilet flushes were not functioning or leaking in half of the rooms.
