Sarovar Portico Saharanpur

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sarovar Portico Saharanpur, and I can honestly say it was a fantastic experience, largely thanks to the exceptional service provided by Housekeeping Manager Mr. Mukhtar Ahmad. From the moment I arrived, Mr. Mukhtar made me feel welcome and ensured that every aspect of my stay was seamless. His professionalism and attention to detail were evident in everything he did. He took the time to personally check on guests, ensure that the rooms were spotless, and offer assistance with any special requests. His friendly yet efficient demeanor created a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the hotel. The hotel itself was immaculate, with comfortable rooms and excellent amenities. But what truly stood out was the level of service, which I believe is a direct reflection of Mr. Mukhtar's leadership and dedication to providing an exceptional guest experience. I can't recommend Sarovar Portico Saharanpur enough, and I'm especially grateful to Housekeeping Manager Mr. Mukhtar Ahmad for making my stay truly memorable. I will certainly be returning on my next trip!

Very Nice behaviour of staff. Good supportive staff with clients and help search local places and markets.||After check out one hour stay without any charges.||Food quality very good in late night also served by the kitchen staff. Room condition very good and very clean and hygiene bathroom.

Good, the ambience is good, I visited here for the first time. The property still needs some development. While having the dinner, there was power cut 3 times. Wi-Fi problem during the payment. The waiter Mr. Chandra Kumar was extremely polite, served well.

I had a fantastic stay at Sarovar Portico Hotel, Saharanpur. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making my stay very comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. Their warm hospitality truly made a difference. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant experience in Saharanpur

First things first. I have been travelling for work, as class 1 gazetted officer for the past 22 years, all over the country and have stayed with all hotel brands. Good things first. Rooms are spacious. Furniture is good. Location is good. Balcony attached to the room with view of greenery. And thats all. Areas for improvement. 1. Housekeeping service. Needs immediate attention and drastic improvement. Room cleaning, doing up the bed, sanitizing and cleaning bathroom just not up to the mark; feels unhygienic at times. 2. Food. May be some "dhabas" around here could serve similar, if not better food. Coffee tasted not better than roadside stalls. "Bhindi do pyaza" is prepared in literal sense with onions double in qty as compared to "bhindi". 3. Dining hall. Frequent trespassing by cleaning staff with dustbins; like a thoroughfare. Gives a weird feeling. Preparations of food counters and dining tables was never in shape. Layout of cutlery was awful; all forks and spoons kept haphazardly in a bowl. 4. Hospitality. Needs big time improvement. No welcome drinks served, training of staff seemed awfully inadequate for the price charged and reputation of the hotel chain. The reception lobby is too small. 5. Washroom. Shower clogged, "bindis" of the previous occupant of the room on the walls and switch board couldn't be cleaned during 3 days of my stay inspite of informing to staff. There's no provision for hand towel!!!!!!! Hot water seemed luxury. Basic utilities line comb not provided, shaving kit provided the next day. Towels seemed worn out. 6. TV. Size too small and was not working. Was attended more than 24 hrs kater after second feedback. 7. Room. It appeared as it was the floor of a very old store room with marks of dragging furniture, although there hotel is just 7 months old. The mirror not cleaned throughout the stay and already appearing a decade old. No slippers and laundary bags. Mini bar not stocked. The hotel is, I guess geared to cater to wedding functions primarily. I am sorry if it appears a bit harsh. I hope it is taken in right spirit and is helpful.

It was a warm and hospitable experience at the hotel. The staff was accommodating and very cooperative. Very spacious and nice rooms the food was also very well made.

Too bad experience, Wi-Fi wasn't connecting, TV in room wasn't working, mirror of room had too much black spotted marks. Food service was poor and not served hot most of times and most of items from menu weren't available. No service/accommodation even blanket for driver, like no humanity exists. It was looking like a roadside budget hotel except for the building.
