Room , service was very Poor , Staff is not good and his manager don't know how treat the guest (They don't no how to prepare the room bills) Very Bad Hotel in Pratapgarh

I attended a marriage here on 7 dec , Great Service here but only one problem, I stayed here for whole night but there was no such place where marriage attenders could rest for 3-4 hours... They must arrange some sleeping areas for them to have a better experience further. By the way other facilities were just awesome and unexpected. Staffs and waiters were also so familiar, that was liked by me. Regards Anshul Shukla

Room was not up to the mark. There are no tv in room. Washroom was not clean washroom glass also dirty. They charged 1500 for ac room according charges room and service very disappointed.

I have faced the worst experience of my life with this property i went to hotel i told them about my booking 1. They asked me to pay more amount because i booked it from oyo 2. Owner is so rude he told me that if u want room than Take or else leave from here and he shouted at me because he is of 63-64 year of age i respected him and i tried to leave tht property he said u can go anywhere no one gona give u room and he was so rude he continuously trying to fight with customer and he said we dont care about you i told him i came here as a guest he said get out from the property or else I'll kick u out and he was showing his power that i have that much boys they will do this and that. M a daily traveller but I hadn't faced this kind of rudeness. I have recordings as well with me and m gone case a file against property as well as oyo.

Worst place ...non cooperative staff....poor facility... never go on deluxe room service...no ac..it' absolutely depends on light...no any kind of room service...not maintained... cleaning service...

The staff was very good and responsive. No problem during stay. The marriage hall arrangements were as good as expected. Would recommend it to everyone.

It's a decent budget hotel..had a good stay experience
