We were Group of 3 people were there for my sister in law FMCG exam on Jan 12,2025 , place was very nice and clean and it was near to the centre .. only hotel near by has maintained good level of cleanliness.. owner was very cooperative and respectful ..he helped us arranging cab service and resolve our travelling issue .. I would certainly recommend to any one who want to come for their exam or even to stay in Kanpur .. price and room was very affordable..

The basic amenity of washroom was not available... requested the guard and some manager type person was ther at 10 at night and they were too rude saying go and Complain, we won't let u use washroom

During kumbh sanan visit me with my friends visited the Tulip Garden. It's on main road and provide better services

Best location for marriage. Nice room & garden.
