Hotel Surya International

This is one the worst hotel in Robertsganj. Plz don't go there, They provide used pillow cover & bed sheet, & when I asked to change it the hotel staff refused. Also they are not providing towel at the time of check in, they said will give you next morning not now... Very pathetic service.... There is no option for giving zero star, otherwise will definitely give zero star.

Cheap mentality owner with disrespectful staff...they don't treat people well....hotel conditions r very bad...every where spitting betel leaf juice....its very disgusting for family person

Old rooms with no service at all. Though one can stay if not found anywhere. Keep it as last option.

All the photos of rooms available at internet are fake. Frequent power disruption, backup is ok. Uncooperative staff specially sitting on reception while cleaning staff is good and cooperative. Pillow covers and bedsheets are dirty or used one. Inoperative TV without remotes. This is hell. Worst experience.
