Hotel White Square

Service is pathetic! Washrooms doesn't have basic amneties! No hooks to hang your clothes! When I say no I mean literally none! Cleanliness is zero! Toilets were not clean at all!!!!! In short service was so pathetic that it's better you stay on the roadside instead! Don't waste your money at all!

The location is perfect. Hotel Parking is not available you have to park your vehicle road side. Rooms are smaller in size but tidy. Mattresses are very old not very good. The hotel building is newly built, and the cleanliness is good. Overall it's good place to stay in Rampur where you don't have much choices.

Manager no manners and room is very small and room price is very costly minimum 2000 room charge one person stay my experience is in the hotal very bad. Manger are abusing his staff and so speak a laud and staff member using the language today

It's a good property, earlier it was with Oyo but now operating at own, Location is Good, 600 mtrs from Railway station, Room was small as per Tarrif but all basic amenities were provided. Soap provided by hotel was a very small detergent soap and can only be used to wash hands. They seriously need to improve cleanliness, linen was ok but cushion was so dirty and having foul smell that I had to keep it aside. Tables intercom and Fan everything was having dirt and felt like it was not cleaned for a long time, TV remote was not working and one has to switch on TV by Jugaad as on off button was also missing, but good thing was maximum channels were subscribed. Food is good,and room service is slow sometimes but doable, only switch in bathroom working was light switch, even Exhaust fan was not working, some fittings in washroom were missing and I have to encounter a naked wire. Manager is a very nice person. Very well behaved and polite. Overall it's a good place to stay for a budget friendly person in Rampur. Will be worth 4 star if they improve cleanliness a bit.

Architecture of this hotel I like the most.!! Reasonable price ! Location is also good.!! Separate parking not available but u can park in front of hotel !! Tasty food with reasonable prices!! Service is not upto mark!! They don't even have power backup for AC!

Better hotels are available at this place in this price range. Worst reception and service staff. Never book through online mode they are taking advantage of your situation by taking twice thrice of the rent mentioned in booking. If possible look for better hotel,many options are there in Rampur
