I am still at this fabulous hotel|| Absolute luxury. The reviews are very accurate||Immaculate well kept resort. Buffet food in Spice restaurant varied tasty with beautifully displayed ||All the staff are so friendly and helpful . An exceptionally well run hotel||In all my years of travel throughout the world this is a true 5star||Most notable is Ayse at Le petit Croissant||A lovely warm and personable girl who went above and beyond to make us welcome and ensure we were well taken care of. She was chatty and friendly with everyone. She is a wonderful ambassador for the hotel.

I visited this hotel this month and had a fantastic holiday. My friend and I were a little bit unwell the first couple of days but Elif the hotel nurse was very helpful and looked after us well, she is a lovely young lady and did her best to look after us throughout our holiday! Ayse who worked at Le Petit Crossaint was also very helpful and kind. Would defo recommend this hotel and we are looking forward to coming back next year.

Rampur is not a big city with variety of options for hotels and restaurants. This Hotel i would recommend to someone who is one a day or two visit to Rampur. As a budget hotel it may not provide you the best of the comforts. Rather dont expect. But good enough for your stay.

Quality of rooms are not good no cleaning in the rooms ... And the rooms even smell bad ... Not recommended at all .... Consider staying at hotel delight few steps ahead

food quality is good ... service is also good .... location is good nd all over nice place for dineout nd accommodation
