Hotel Delite

VERY POOR or infact NO management in the hotel. I booked 7 rooms for 2 days for a family function in this hotel, at starting hotel owner was talking fine but when it comes to bill payment at that he charged 1500 rs extra just for 3 hours early checkin for 1 room. I was like i took 7 rooms for 2 days (payking you good money) and you are charging 1500 rs extra for just 3 hours for 1 room where as all the rooms were vacated very early at 7 am next day. He was not ready to listen a single word from us and said early check out is your problem and we paid extra amount for such poor service and management. Also some of the other bad things at hotel 1. Hotel is under construction so you will find sand, dust, broken walls, cement all around the hotel. Very poor experience for my guest. 2. Room service very poor, infcat no service only. They doesn't keep towels at room on their own and we asked for towel they took 1 hour to get towels. 3. Other hotel like bombay palace and others nearby are extremely better than delight hotel. Also owners of other hotels are very polite and humble with great customer service. So please avoid delight hotel and choose other hotels nearby.

Hotel delite is good for stay with family and friends. You can also stay here alone. Room service is Good. For room service you have to press Bell and ask something whatever you want. There is no resturant for Breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is kitchen only. You can order anything mention in menu. Food will be served in hotel room. You can enjoy with your food. Bathroom is good and size is also okay. Food is tasty. Every order takes around 30 minutes but for tea and coffee it will provide around 5 to 10 minutes. Food quality and quantity is okay. Overall my observation is that it is good place to stay here in best prices. Thank you so much for good services.

Zero Star Worthy Customer Service. Came to enquire about rooms for family stay. The guy at front desk was so ignorant and uninterested for any type of query. Won't recommend for any type of Stay solely based on Customer Service interaction. Better book at Opal or Hotel Zeenith Straight up POS

Very poor hotel as it charged extra money. The owner ans manager sitting on Reception desk are thugs. I will urge people to never visit this hotel as its a worst hotel in entire Rampur. I had booked this hotel for 1 day and had checked out in 7 hours only and still I wasnt given any discount. The owner is looting people by charging extra moneu and not provong any services.

I gave service as two just because it took 20 minutes to explain them that me ans my wife are actually married from last 4 years. Otherwise it's was good stay/halt in Rampur

Very average and budget hotel with very small rooms at ground floor. No restaurant. Front office staff's behaviour is not good. Hotel City Plaza is best in Rampur.

Best quality food, Good staff and manager owner vijendra khatri ji is helpfull, Best Hotel with best rates.
