Good property. Decent rooms with comfortable beds with fresh linens and clean bathroom. Staff is very welcoming and the service is prompt. Nikunj at the front desk was very helpful and ensured our quick check in.

The hotel service, food, location everything is good, except their old rooms. Room on first floor from 110 onwards are little bit renovated and in good shape. But room from no. 101 to 108 are in very bad shape. In 9 degree celsius, there room heaters are not working, all electrical plug are damaged/ not working/ outdated as per recent plug sockets, television is damaged no volume, even if it is on high volume you can't hear a bit even standing near TV. Toilet seats are broken, water is leaking from ceiling in room 103. Even after conveying the same to Madams on reception, they are not at all concerned about it and behaves rudely and also prepares wrong bills as well as have audacity to deny issuance of correct bill. Other staff is good. 2 madam on reception in morning shift requires training in hospitality business.

We stayed for a day 11.04.25 to 12.04.25 and booked 6 rooms. Worst property with poor maintenance and house keeping. Their services are also pathetic. Dirty bed sheet and they took more than 30 min to replace it. Bathroom drain is chocked .... Never recommend it and bonus claim of been 3 star property.

Situated at national highway. Very specious and well served hotel. Good place for marriage functions, seminars and business meetings.

Stayed in this hotel during business trip. The rooms are good and spacious. The property is old now but it is maintained in good way. The restaurant for food is nicely decorated. The breakfast and dinner food is good quality. There is big swimming pool available near to restaurant at ground floor. The green area is more and staff is good and polite. Overall stay was good for 2 days.

Visited twice. Winter party attended ok . But in summer I regret. Ac cooling was ok time taking. Washroom ventilation was minus. Suffered a lot. Staff is co-operative. Parking good. Though lift is there but few stairs are not good for elderly person.
