Not Worth the Price - More Show Than Substance I booked a room in this hotel, but as soon as I entered, it felt like the room started and ended in blink, A compact room is one thing, but the cost-cutting in every aspect was very evident. The biggest disappointment was the food menu. The prices made me feel like I was in a high-end Mumbai restaurant rather than a hotel in Rampur. A simple sandwich for 300? That's absolutely unjustifiable. If I had booked a room in another hotel for 2000-2500, including breakfast and better amenities, it would have been a much better deal. Speaking of facilities, even the smallest hotels in Delhi NCR offer complimentary tea and coffee, but here, they just placed an empty kettle - without any tea or coffee sachets! This is a basic expectation that the hotel completely failed to meet. This place is all about show-off, but when it comes to comfort and value for money, it completely fails. Not satisfied at all!

It was such a pathetic experience staying in this joke of a hotel which is all structure but no substance. We had booked 4 luxury and 2 standard rooms. The standard rooms were reeking of smoke. On complaining, an extra mattress was put in one of the luxury rooms and was charged at the cost of an extra bed which was later deducted from the final bill on argument. And they claim that all rooms are non-smoking but were themselves suggesting that you can smoke in the washroom. What kind of management suggests that to the guests? They had to be reminded that our booked package includes rooms with a bathtub. So the room was changed again. And their bathtub is a joke. You have to turn on the geyser at least 30 mins prior to get warm water. And the capacity of the geyser is hardly 5 to 10 liters so it didnt even fill the tub halfway. Essentially the bathtub is a scam and waste of money. Please dont take that room. The torture didnt end there. At 10:30pm i got a call from Mr Shahroz at the front desk to clear my pending bill of 20k for the previous booking. Which i had already done in the morning itself but was not given a detailed bill saying we can collect it later. He doubted me and said he will check the cctv footage and confirm. The audacity!!! And to top it all, at midnight the ceiling of the ac vent came out with a loud bang waking us up. It took them 30 minutes to realise they cant fix it and then we had to change our room again at midnight. (picture attached) They ruined our sleep and since we had to leave early to catch a flight, we wanted early checkout at 7am. Despite informing, he had not kept the bill of the previous days' booking ready (for which he called and disturbed us at night). Mr Shairoz was so slow with the entire process and then on pointing it out he started arguing with us that we find everything slow. No apology. No professionalism. No courtesy. He is unfit for a reception job. He needs proper training. This hotel is a joke. Please don't claim to be a 3-star hotel if you make your guests sleep on the floor and charge 1k from them. Introspect.
The opal hotel and bar exceeded my expectations. The staff amenities and rooms were all top notch. I had a wonderful stay at the opel. The hotel's modern decor and comfortable rooms made it feel like home. The bar service creative expertly crafted cocktails. Service was prompt. Highly recommended.

Pathetic experience. First of all, we were given the wrong room instead of the type of room we had booked. Later we got the right one. We had to change that room at 11.30 pm as the part of ceiling covering the AC vents fell off. Mr Shehroz on front desk is quite rude, argumentative and negligent with his work. He called us at 10.30 pm and told us we have not paid the bill, which was false. Then next morning he kept arguing with us while giving printed copy of bill while we were getting late for our flight.
Well mannered staff. Mr. Ross Markus is very kind and helpful. He make the stay comfortable with all his Cooperation.
The environment of your hotel is very nice, the staff here is also very good, among them there is a boy who provides the most special service, mostly Narendra is a friend of the guest.
"Luxury" is a stretch... rooms pretty ordinary and charge extra for 2x single beds instead of a queen bed even though that's exactly what we booked.
