I recently visited Santorini Resort in Lucknow to consider it for my sister's wedding, but after just one visit, I quickly decided to look elsewhere.|While the property itself is new and visually appealing, it's clear that the management is severely lacking. The restaurant food was disappointing, nowhere near the standard expected from a venue claiming to be a premium wedding destination. It was a major letdown. On top of this, the washrooms were poorly maintained, and to my disbelief, there was no toilet paper--something so basic that it shouldn't need to be pointed out at a venue of this caliber.|However, what truly ruined the experience was the behavior of the General Manager. His arrogance and rudeness were off-putting from the moment we walked in. He carried himself as though he were the owner, acting more like a high-and-mighty figure than someone in a professional role. He spent the entire time bragging about himself and making condescending remarks with his dismissive tone and unhelpful attitude.|When we inquired about pricing over the call initially, we were told that we would need to visit in person to get any information. Despite the fact that we were simply trying to gauge whether the venue might fit within our budget, the management refused to provide even a ballpark estimate over the phone. This lack of transparency and unreasonable insistence on in-person visits was frustrating and unprofessional.|In summary, while the resort itself has potential, it is completely undermined by incompetent management. The GM behaves like he's some high-profile figure, forgetting that his role and influence are confined to the walls of that venue. With poor service, lack of maintenance, and zero transparency on pricing, I would strongly advise against considering this venue for any important event. It's a beautiful property, but the operation is terribly mismanaged.

We had the pleasure of hosting our wedding at the resort from 18th to 21st April, and I can't thank Thakur ji enough for making everything run so smoothly. From the moment we began planning, he was incredibly welcoming, warm, and compassionate, making the entire process stress-free and joyful. The resort was absolutely loved by everyone who attended, and I'm certain more people will be coming back to book it for their own celebrations. The food was a true highlight--guests couldn't stop praising it! And personally, I'm going to miss the resort's tea more than I can say. Thank you again for everything.

The ambiance & decor apealed me , so I decided to give its restaurant a try and was amazed by their service . Food was served timely & all items were perfect. Location is good & washroom were also neat & clean.. would definitely want to try out their hotel rooms in near future.

It's used to be a good place to visit with family but today's experience was very bad. The staff including the manager himself misbehaved. He first took side of his waiter about a wrong commitment the waiter did about soft drinks that they were complimentary, they still charged me in the bill & after an unpleasant argument that also included, that on especially telling before ordering about a dish for Main course it was prepared sweet, he gave us 10% discount as if all that hustle was just about money. I am taking the pain to write this detailed review so that this experience of an evening gone bad directly reaches to the owner, who i was informed in previous visits happen to be a dr as we are. Dr there are plenty of places to dine as yours, but one can clearly make out the difference by the vibe & cleanliness that it's a Dr's thinking & not any other ordinary businessman's thinking. So if this reaches you kindly look into the matter. I have no intension of spoiling your Google rating. Food and service provided by Ruchi was delicius. We did not expect such a good taste in the highway. Must try cheese chilly taste.

Ambience is good. A bit on the expensive side. Staff was good and the rooms were nice and clean but still more on the expensive side.

Really nice place with great ambience and surroundings, surely it is a bit far but id say worth it for the memories you'll make.

The rooms look good in photo but are worst when it comes to usage. Food is of ok quality.
