Nova Resort & Luxury Farm

this is the worst hotel stay I have ever stayed in. no amenities had been provided in spite of the mentioned on the booking details. the bedsheet , blanket and the pillow were dirty. I had made the booking for 3 adults and 1 kid but they gave bedding only for 2 adults when asking they said you have to pay extra. and when we mentioned to raise it with make my trip they threatened us to cancel the booking as there was nothing else available due to mahakumbh we had to agree on their terms. and also when we asked for an extension to 2 hours check out initially they said you can until the next guest comes without any extra charges. but when we were checking out they charged us a full day stay. terrible hotel with terrible service and hospitality.

Hello, Owner/Manager of the place is quite greedy, we have booked 2 rooms and paid in advance while going to Maha Kumbh. When we reach the place though he has the rooms available however due to his greediness he told that he will offer us only one room having one double bed and one small side bed to adject one. He offered the room to other people and they too are complaining that he is extracting more money. Manager knows that its late in evening and in such a small town we don't have that many option so he has the liberty to extract more money. Secondly this place is quite far from the main road and colony approach road to this place is in very bad condition. Third food prices in the menu are quite inflated, 1 Paratha at 150 and Maggi at 70 is beating the records. Fourth as this place is located just next to the open field, too many Mosquitos while repellents are not available and we get incense stick instead of Mosquito coil. OYO should refund me rent for one room back.

Room is good but service (Staff) of the hotel was not good

This is not fear Nova resort, the amount of online booking which I had done was less, it was Rs 560, maybe that is why after leaving, I was told that the room I have booked is not available, there is another room, it will cost Rs 1200 to get it. This is the fraud And everything was fine, the rooms were clean, the food was very tasty, the Maggi was amazing

Overall, a budget hotel is suitable for every kind of a visitor

No road to reach that hotel. Pathetic hotel location. For this room they charge me 1200. Rate of food is The cost aalu Paratha is 160 rupee And paneer paratha 180 rupee. Thay are mad. If you book from oyo on different price and they will ask you for extra money for room.

Resort is very luxury type. Price is also very good

I had a great experience at this hotel. The service was excellent, the location was perfect, and the price was reasonable. The AC TV was properly working and the Wi-Fi connection was excellent. The food quality was delicious. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in this area.
