Hotel Shanti Grand

I've had the pleasure of organizing three important family events at Hotel Shanti Grand in Raebareli, and each experience has been exceptional. Tilak Ceremony Mother's Retirement Party Daughter's Mundan Ceremony The ambiance of the hotel is elegant and welcoming, perfect for hosting special occasions. The staff is professional, courteous, and always ready to assist with a smile. I also want to appreciate the owner for being personally involved and ensuring everything goes smoothly. The cleanliness and amenities are top-notch, which added comfort and convenience for all our guests. We couldn't have asked for a better venue. I highly recommend Hotel Shanti Grand to anyone planning an event in Raebareli.

The staff isn't good. The blankets provided weren't good. The blanket cover was torn and not good. Stay was comfortable but the staff is very rude. And they ask for money even for dropping your luggage. No Water bottle is included in the room charges.

I attended a wedding there and the arrangements were so good. The lawn is so big. Parking was so good, a separate space for both two wheelers and four wheelers. The food was so yummy. Now come to the hotel space.... The rooms are quite decent, neat and clean, air conditioners were working well in all the rooms. The only drawback which I found there.... The lift wasn't working so it may cause some inconvenience to older persons. Overall it was a wonderful experience!!!

Attended a great meeting at Hotel Shanti Grand by bank colleagues. Mostly visited ground hall and found a profound management of lights, table and chairs were very clean and tidy. Hotel staff was well dressed. Most peculiar feature was service of staff and food. Quality of food was A class, loved it. Service was good, they served with a smile. Further when meeting was on they not only changed served water bottles many time but also tea, soup etc at even interval of times. Lastly parking is available here in ample space so currently there is easily available space for that.

The rooms were poorly lit. Extremely low lighting. The hotel justifies a negative starrer hotel The location too was shady. No towels or drinking water was provided in the room and when asked for water the manager rudely replied to us to come down from 3rd floor to the ground floor just for drinking water. Room servicing was utterly rubbish . Obtaining warm water for a bath is just some other level battle..... Overall a below average experience . This hotel is highly unrecommended . I wish I could give a negative stars in ratings.

The Venue was Awesome ! The staff was so good and codial Even the arrangements and decoration were beautifully done . We really enjoyed our event here and it was really good. The best part about venue was their fooding taste. and special thanks to manager Mr. Ashish sir who perfectly managed the thing n he is very humble n polite in nature.

I had come here to celebrate party of Nephew. Arrangements were good. Hall is too big. Parking area is separate for vehicles.
