Staff has no manner, not proffessional. Misbehave with customer. Accept only cash no online transtaction. No one is responsible, feels like machhli market.Room smell is very bad.

The rooms were decent and the service was also decent.

Almost good in every respect. Easy hotel for transportation as it's situated at the civil lines Chauraha and connectivity to almost all near by and adjacent districts. Shop inside the hotel is also fine where you can buy stuffs for quick snacks and all.

Dirty smelling rooms. Won't accept any mode of payment except cash. You won't get even receipt for your money as well. Overpriced compared to contemporary market . Better avoid till last moment

Staff and manager is very rude and also the service and hospitality is awful according to the cost. Blankets provided are very dirty and they also charge for water they provided. No cooperation from the staff. It was seriously a very bad experience.. Don't go for this if you need a good hospitality..

Didn't have facility for online payment. They accept only cash that too without any receipt in return. Rooms have inherent noxious smell. Location is good

Hotel at main road. Everything is good. If u are hungry plz order food in advance or better to prefer from out side.
