Worst hotel,worst service,no respect for customers along with that never ever book hotel from OYO these people are fraud,cheat and disgusting, shameless.I checked out from hotel before my scheduled check out,just due to worst quality and service at hotel,I haven't received my refund yet.These OYO company is utterly shameful,it feels like they are trying to convey you""do what you can do? Try try , taking refunds are not an easy job from us".Despite many reminders, emails,useless time sucking disgusting chat sessions,no refunds.I request everyone, it's better to throw money in pond,but not give it to OYO .I wanna rate them 0 STARS,but unfortunately I can't do so, minimum 1stars has to there. As this is public review ,I am restraining myself from using harsh and offensive language that most probably (hopefully) these people understand.
