The hotel is very well maintained. Rooms are spacious and pleasing. The staff are very courteous and helping. We were staying with a toddler, so needed a few extra things. Everything was provided with a smile. We were given early checkin and late checkout too for which we are grateful. Food was delicious, we requested for less spicy which they delivered.|The Zone connect is luxury and simplicity combined. Overall it was nice staying here.

We stayed as family in this hotel as part of our Ayodhya-Prayagraj-Varansi-Gaya pilgrimage. Surrounded by shops and hotels, the location of this boutique hotel is simply superb. Being a new hotel, the rooms, beds, and pillows are really good. Whatever we requested as part of the booking, just came to us automatically without any follow-ups be it an additional bed or pillow, etc. We had dinner in the restaurant. The food and ambiance were simply excellent. The staff at the restaurant and the front office are just waiting to serve you.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel - everything from the check-in process to the overall hospitality was top-notch. A special mention to Priyankaya at the reception, who greeted us warmly and ensured a seamless experience from the moment we arrived. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor made a great first impression. Also, big thanks to Dhruv, who was incredibly helpful throughout the check-in and made sure we had everything we needed. His attentiveness and willingness to assist with even the smallest details really stood out. The food was absolutely delicious - a great variety and quality that exceeded our expectations. Housekeeping was also impeccable; the rooms were clean, fresh, and well-maintained throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and a memorable experience!

I had a very good and comfortable stay in the hotel when I visited Prayagaraj for Kumbh Mela . Although very expensive ( perhaps price was high due to Kumbh Mela), the rooms were clean and tidy and spacious. The staff were very courteous and helpful throughout the stay. Special mention to Vinay Nehra at the Reception whose smiling and happy behaviour makes it more pleasant stay.||Highly recommend this hotel for families- hopefully if the prices come down.

Very well located properly in Civil Lines. Walking distance from key eating places. Easy access to transport. and walking distance from main shopping district. New property so the infrastructure is good. Staff is very helpful and courteous - though housekeeping needs a little bit of training.

Specially thanks to staff of this hotel for happy and convenient stay for us every thing is arranged in form and please visit in this hotel to get happy . It was a wonderful stay here. Food was very tasty and delicious . I suggest all of you to try this hotel .

We visited for mahakumbh 2025, its 15 minutes away from the boat club, rooms and bathrooms are extremely neat, reminded me of the basic rooms at Taj. Was not expecting such a high end hotel here. Food was delicious, at night however there is limited menu which is understandable as it just opened, we wanted fresh lime but the bar was closed nevertheless the person on the phone made a glass for us himself. Customer service is amazing! The manager when we checked in was a really sweet man. The spa and gym are currently under construction, but apart from that the facilities are amazing!
