The property is really a heritage one well renovated and has nostalgic ambience. Rooms are compact and well furnished. Service is good. Food is really tasty but very expensive. Approach roads are very narrow and parking on the road is problematic.

A hotel with a heritage vibe. The rooms are good, bathroom are cleaner than most hotels. Cost is a bit pricey. We had to pay 800 for 3 watermelon juice. Sangam is close to the hotel. The breakfast was nice, they good options. Overall the visit was very nice.

It was nice. I liked it a lot. Everything was fine except for the thai green curry. It was too spicy and the other ingredients weren't mixed properly and the vegetables weren't fresh, but overall the experience was amazing. Just amazing . I strongly recommend this place. I feel that they sell local food better than the international food.

First things first. This place is a rip-off with poor service, and located in a street that is not very clean. The staff is inefficient (an order of chai, takes half hour to arrive) and front desk is irresponsible. ||In spite of jacked up the price 4 times the normal price, they did not back it up with the right service. They promised us to arrange for pickup (again at jacked up pricing), but where the cars were stopped, without getting alternate bikes or other modes of transport, we had to walk a kilometer to reach the hotel. ||Water stopped running midnight and no one to take the call at reception, to set it right. Had to spend hours chasing some person in the kitchen to call someone to get this fixed. They promised pickup in the morning to go to Sangam, at 4 am, and then denied that they ever said this. ||Rooms are okay, but surroundings are not great. Greatly advised to go, if you want to be ripped of at substandard service. Otherwise, look elsewhere.

An exceptional heritage property offering a unique stay experience. The establishment houses the finest pure vegetarian restaurant in Prayagraj. The staff are courteous and attentive, with outstanding service provided by the team whose deep knowledge and excellent communication skills enrich guests with insightful explanations about the local culture.

The moment I entered my room, I was struck by the intricate carvings, high ceilings, and antique furnishings that seemed to whisper stories of the past. The room was spacious, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light and offered views of the lush gardens or the bustling city, depending on the wing you choose.

A nice building with tons of historical charm. We enjoyed exploring the building's many halls and staircases, and the rooftop pool was nice. ||Breakfast food was a little limited (especially for non-veg people like us), but otherwise lunch and dinner meals were fantastic.
