Hotel is located at very convenient place. Cleanliness is at the best. All the staff is very very co-operative, helpfull and very polite. Really it gives you value for money you spent. Food in the restaurant is also good. Wish them best of luck. Keep it up the standards at which they are operating now.

One of the most pathetics hotels I have ever stayed in my entire 42 years of life. I just wonder how are they even serviving in the business. Service is ZERO. People don't have customer centric mindset, they are wild as boar. Rooms are unhygienic.

I had got a room just opposite to the stairs and lift and it was beautiful A small space out area and then the room Clean bathrooms Decent and a pleasant stay !

We checked-in on November 5th 2024 evening with booking of 6 rooms. Rooms are all uneven, small n congested. A room or two had problems to even to accommodate luggage properly , a room or two didn't have phones working. There were mosquito and cockroaches visible in bathroom and rooms.Even on request of 1 room change . It was not provided saying all their 34 rooms were booked which didn't seem correct as there were no rush in restaurant.They don't provide basic thing like hand towel. Few rooms didn't have 2 bath towels too just 1 and even on complaint didn't get another. Basically not worth the cost they charge. Food is good.. lower staff is good.. But service can be definitely improved.

The Front Desk Staff by the name Komal is highly arrogant and disrespectful. She doesn't know how to be polite and behaves like an owner of the hotel who is not bothered about anyone other than herself. Very rude Person.

I tried calling the hotel 38 times to get some information regarding the surroundings but being a 3 star hotel I don't think the receptionist is active. I called up the number provided on website he was rude and hung up the phone saying "if you have booked the hotel, why did you call me" . Such arrogant and ignorant staff. This hotel needs to have some well behaving staff.

Very good staff, very helpful and welcoming. Attend to all our needs immediately. Closer to all the amenities and shops and restaurants. I would recommend the hotel for families and people looking from foreign country for a friendly stay.

Amazing place to stay for couple of night next to Famous Indian Cafe House. Staff were very polite specially Komal and Himanshu very helpful. Night staff and kitchen staff are amazing. Overall wonderful experience...!
