Avoid at All Costs - Worst Experience Ever! I had the most terrible experience at this hotel during Mahakumbh. The room was in an awful condition--dirty, poorly maintained, and not even worth 500, yet they charged an outrageous 7,000-8,000 per night. The service was non-existent. No basic amenities, not even a water jug in the room. The toilets were filthy and unhygienic. To make matters worse, they didn't even provide tea! This place is nothing but a scam, taking advantage of pilgrims and visitors. Absolute fraud. Stay away and don't waste your hard-earned money here!

Decent hotel, close to Railway Station. Since we visited in peak season of Maha Kumbh, the prices are too steep. I paid 4.5 K for a normal place like this. Normal days it wouldn't fetch even half of that. Service is poor. They didn't even serve water. Placed water dispensers in each floor and we had to collect water from these dispensers in our bottles. Blame it on peak season? I don't know. Not really satisfied with their service.

This hotel is very close to the railway station and is located in an area which is filled with budget hotels and lodges. This one is bigger than a lodge. However, dirty and not well maintained. There was dust all over the floor, looked like it had not been swept and mopped for a long time. The check in process was too much time consuming. The staff was impolite. Also, there is not even a single board with the name Townhouse or Oyo. The only good thing about this hotel is that there are a lot of eating options nearby. It is always better to check the rooms before checking in.

A very pathetic experience while checkin. They asked to pay money in advance and when you go to checkin the hotel the rooms are not the same as it is shown in the oyo website even the hotel is not same.They are saying online on oyo that they are providing deluxe room but when we reached there they were giving us a servant room or driver room and when asked for refund they are not giving it. and nobody wants to listen not even oyo helpline no. They are just making business by having money in advance.Even the hotel owner was saying that 90% of the customer come here and had a bad experience as oyo showing whatever they want to A very bad experience.

Worst hotel.... No AC is working in any room. No fan is working properly in any room. Hotel owner is showing multiple excuses of electricity. No landline is working. Dnt ever stay here.

Do not Book this hotel I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was a completely disappointing experience. The room was in poor condition -- the carpet was stained, the bathroom had a lingering musty smell. The air conditioning didn't working and the Wi-Fi was practically non-existent. What made the stay worse was the staff's attitude. They were unfriendly and unhelpful. I had to wait more than 2 hr for check-in. For the price I paid, I expected much more in terms of both room quality and customer service. I won't be returning or recommending this hotel to anyone. After complaining about room they said you call company we will not give you any refund. They charging more than 5000. Name on google map and actual name is different. Do not book hotel in Maha Kumbh Mela

Utter garbage of a property, do not book here. The property just consists of money looters. And do not book via booking.com, they are worthless as well while Booking properties of this kind. You will lose both your accommodation and your partial payment.

I wish there was a negative review scale. Worst Experience, the hotel is renamed santosh palace, pics on booking websites are misleading. There is garbage dumped ok each floor from rooms, no drinking water provided, no dental kits, no towels and other essential things. TV is for namesake, window lock and bathroom door locks broken. Unprofessional staff with no customer handling ethics.
