We believe it is a temporary tent, but even so, customers should not be charged such high prices for such accommodations.Limited Dining Options: There were no options to choose from for breakfast and lunch. This lack of variety made our stay less comfortable.Hot Water Issues: There was no hot water available during our stay. When I raised the issue with the staff, the reasons they provided were unacceptable and did not resolve the problem.Pricing Discrepancy: I found out that the walk-in price was cheaper than the online booking price. A neighbor who walked in mentioned paying less, which raised concerns about the pricing structure.Communication Barriers: The staff could only communicate in Hindi, which made it very difficult to resolve issues or understand important information.Booking Concerns: Did Trip.Com visit the property before accepting the pricing provided by The Maha Kumbh Vatika Tent Owner or the person in charge? Based on my experience, I question whether the service and facilities were accurately represented.Overpricing for Temporary Tent: While we understand that this may be a temporary tent setup, customers should not be overcharged or misled. We strongly believe the price does not reflect the quality of the accommodations.Given these issues, I feel that the value for the price we paid was extremely lacking. Worst service, worst food, worst experience Be ware of cheaters. Never visit at this property. After paying advance payment Rs.10000/- informed the room already booked by other person. you change your date.Charged Rs.20000 for two room including three times food for one day. After reaching the property he forcefully taken full amount immediate after reaching the property. he had given all wrong information about the place over the phone. Be ware of these type of useless fellow. Quality of food was the worst.

The booking process was smooth and hassle-free, and the admin dashboard allowed me to manage my reservation and view all necessary details easily. I was also impressed with the on-site facilities, including the serene atmosphere, prompt service, and attention to detail.
