A great place to stay. Mr Amit Johore accommodated us at short notice after we had a bad experience in the nearby Harmony hotel. He and the staff were great, and the room first class. Breakfast great as well. To top it off Amit gave us a lift to the station and ensured we got the correct train. He also provided us with some cakes from the excellent bakery he owns. Overall a great example of hospitality and service. Highly recommend this hotel

I had the worst experience in it..Staff was not cooperative. Lot of mosquitoes in the night and even after so many calls nobody responded. Room size is pathetic. Prices are high in comparison to facilities..Totally big No as a recommendation.

Very unreliable hotel. I had booked a room for Kumbh mela, well in advance - 4 months in advance to be precise, with full payment done. They called me the previous day of check in to say they couldnt accommodate me due to electricity issues. However their rooms were available online at 2.5 times the rate at which I had booked. When I confronted them with this information and told them that were cheating me of a room I had booked, to sell it outside at more than double the rate, they didnt have an answer. Very unethical and greedy folks. Would recommend to avoid.

Very good place to stay in Prayagraj. Very Good management and food is awesome too. Made me feel home away from home.

Food was ok but the quantity and the pricing was expensive, not worth it as the ambiance was also not that cool.

Food quality and quantity both are pretty good. Fast and hygienic service. This is very easy to miss so keep an eye out when going to this hotel or restaurant. This place has ample parking space and an open area. So if you're planning an open area party you can consider this place as well.

Pros: - Good property - near popular college and destinations. Cons: - Poor service. Lots of delay. - Rooms not clean. - Web hanging from the ceiling and in bathroom too. - Tv remotes covered in dust. - Chrome coming off the mirror Overall: If you are looking for a place close to popular colleges in the area it's livable. However you'll have to compromise on cleanliness and service quality. P.S. - This post is not intended to ruin the reputation of this hotel. It's my genuine experience, that I am sharing. I hope the owners of the place take this in a positive light and try improving upon the above mentioned cons.
