Avoid this place. Terrible rooms, unclean place. Dirty and broken bathrooms. Everything is rusted and in bad condition in the bathrooms. Some of the faucets are broken. There are no handles for the room doors or locks for the bathroom. Bed sheets are bad.

I went with my family we were 8 people. They have mentioned on oyo that classic rooms have ac but they provided just 2 rooms out of 3 with ac. We reached there at 11.40 around and there were no light. They dont have a generator just a small one. It took more than 4 hours and inverter also falls out. When light came 1 ac was not working then shifted us to another room ac was not working there as well. It was hell of the scene. He suggested me a place to order food but they also just spoiled mood by sending thalis with garlic and ginger where my mother and aunt strict about not eating that and we clearly mentioned it should be a jain thali without garlic and ginger. They had food in that hot room. Then we had to leave for sangam darshan. We came from there around 7. Then with just one room some of us had to stay in room without ac because we were left with just 1 ac room. I booked a cab at 8 because i was not able to handle that air. And i had a train at 9.15. other person have train at 11 so they also left at 9.45. Pathetic experience. Please dont go or visit this hotel. Didnot get any help from oyo. They dont listen at all. So it was my last booking with oyo and this hotel as well.

I had a bitter experience with them.... followed up with them at least a week before and when we reach their place, they said the rooms are not available.... go and cancel your booking.... so stupid people ... In the night 12pm we were forced to stand on roads with family....

The person on reception was unprofessional. I was denied the room even though my booking was confirmed. OYO customer care was not helpful at all.

It was a good experience staying in this hotel...Good behavior..was neat and budget friendly rooms...

Hotel management is good. Cleanliness is average. Room services is good.
