Shri Narayanam Dharamshala

A very good location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Hotel Inaugurated on Jan 8th and offered to us without any Proper Infrastructure..( Earlier review are definitely wrong or Misrepresented) Firstly Booked room was with Balcony, but it was not offered Mattress was very Hard Toilets were not clean Over all house keeping is bad Safety door Lock was broken Wrong information to Expedia

Pathetic service, Rooms not clean, Web all over rooms, very small rooms with dirty linen, bathroom not clean properly mosquitoes and spiders all over in bathroom, dirty stain on doors and bathroom drain clog, No bathroom amenities given and not even towel has been given, overall worst experience
