Sapphire Hotel

Rooms are small and uncomfortable, very humid inside and mold on the walls and ceilings. The staff is unprofessional and disrespectful, was ringing the doorbell of the room at 3am demanding payment Add to this the huge cost per night and you get a bad hotel, would not recommend to anyone.

Visited this hotel today for dinner and the food and the staff and the service was good, will recommend it for tourists when they arrive here.

The location is good, the owner is also good but all the other staff are absolutely non professional and have a bad attitude towards guests, food is also not good.

It's okay when there is no option. Staff are hospitable. Food is best. Rooms are not much clean.

The only good thing about the hotel is the location. Everything else is horrible.
