Very very nice arrangements were there. The staff are very cooperative. Really I appreciate their services, clean and airy rooms more over location of the site is very spritual and very near to Ma Gangy

Really bad place to stay. Food is terrible and very unhieginic. Room is expensive but totally in mess. They advertise it with all kind of praises which are totally false. I really feel cheated. All who read my review must avoid staying at this camp. I stayed for 4n/5d but ate most of the time outside.

What a gorgeous place to stay during Kumbh mela! I cannot speak highly enough of the staff, their friendliness and food was just amazing. I tried to reciprocate, I really did. Will be back again during 2019 Kumbhmela!!

Worst experience ever 1.food is pathetic, dal has more water then you will find in ghats. Rotis are thick and food service is pathetic... They will not re fill and you have to keep pursuing to cook in kitchen which is 50 meters away. And noone standing for service , you have to go to kitchen for re fill. Food is tasteless. 2. Linens and quilt are smelly . 3. Geysers are there but they won't give hot water for reason best known to owner. 4. Basic amenities are bad, they will commit but you need to chase them for whole time during stay. We started asking for towels in noon when we came but all they were Not there in all rooms till morning. 4. Staff is polite but all rookies they are not trained. And they are charging a handsome amount for all this. Overall Bad experience , We do not recommended at all. We were a group of 18 members , totally unsatisfied checking out today... I wish i had taken picture of Dal and rest of food to post here Date 5 Feb 2019 Problem with Sangam Kumbh Camp is You Mr Jay.... you can't handle criticism. I have seen your other reviews as well . You are fighting with your critics there as well. You are not managing it well. You are not managing your staff and Cook in fact they are managing you. If demanding a clean bed and mattress , and asking for HOt water in winters and Decent food in your opinion 5 Star facility then you are in wrong trade . We only demanded that. No luxuries. Have you ever tasted food of your kitchen. I bet you have not , otherwise you wouldn't have advocated . Besides if you will walk in to the kitchen , you will find it very unhygienic , cluttered with stale food all over. If you visit kitchen every day , taste the food, supervise the service area. Check the room and bathroom geysers etc occasionally , you will have satisfied customers. And lastly you initially asked for 2500 person and eventually settled at 1800 per person while checking out . From where the figure of 1500 came. You are misguiding here as well. And regarding that ten parantha remark . You are undoubtedly shameless and uninformed. Paranthas were never served ,not in breakfast not in lunch. We did not take dinner though we paid in the package for it.

it was a delightful experience of visiting maha kumbh mela and i would surely come again in maha kumbh 2025
