Rudraksh The Hotel

Overall experience is good. Everything I got there was upto the quality mark. Staff,room cleaning, location, ambience,parking and food. Welcomed with a health and tasty welcome drink. One of the most prettiest staff miss/mrs. Roli mam is humble and polite by nature and simultaneously she has done her duty as well in a formal and familiar manner with a beautiful smile. Everything is satisfactory and most recommended from my side. Please visit one and anjoy your staying. Thank you

This was one of our best finds in Prayagraj, located in one of the porsh area of prayagraj... Fully satisfied with the services and staff... Roli and Hema guided us with ease and their behaviour was totally professional... Rooms were clean, bathroom was top notch and ambience was rich. We liked our stay and will definitely try to visit again. Thanks for the tremendous hospitality...

I always uses to visit at prayagraj from last 2 years. Found very very nice property as hotel Rudraksh in mail location. Food is too good as well as the room service. Alao got very nice welcome and interaction with hotel owner. The rooms are truly big and feels best luxury. Also get very nice connectivity for kumbh snan from here

The hotel looks well designed and maintained; with lovely ambience and garden space. However, we visited their Restraunt which was nothing less than a shock. The dishes were badly prepared and we could barely eat a bite. Food preparation- 0 stars.

My experience of staying at Hotel Rudraksh was nothing short of exceptional. One of the worst experiences of our trip. We booked 2 rooms ( 1 for 3 pax and other for 2 pax). Though all payments were made beforehand still they took 30-40 mins to get the checkin. There were no amenities present in the room while we checked in. 1 water bottle for 3 people? 1 cup for coffee for 3 people?No toiletry. NO towels? No refreshments for 3 people. For every small item which already should be present we had to call the room service atleast 2-3 times.|At night we asked for water as they only gave 1 bottle for 3 people in room, they told me water is chargeable? You are charging 12k a night and still not giving enough water??|They didnt give enough toiletries. There was no moisturiser and I asked the staff to which they we dont give that but there was already the shelf. I think they didnt refill. Staff was very rude and not helping at all.|WE SPENT 20k for 2 rooms 1 NIGHT! Worst experience.

The Service is extremely Bad. Reception dont bother with clients. Manager have no manners and dont care. Bathroom does not make sense. If you bath all Water spead to Bathroom. Impossible for the next peson to Bath. Completely desapointment
