Rahi Ilawart Tourist Bungalow

I recently stayed at Hotel Rahi Ilawart, Prayagraj, U.P, and my experience was quite disappointing. Before our arrival, we faced communication issues as one of the contact numbers provided online was not working. We had been trying to call 10 days in advance to confirm the hotel's exact address, but this inconvenience made it difficult. Upon reaching the hotel, we were informed that there would be no complimentary breakfast simply because we had booked through a third-party app (**MakeMyTrip**). This was not mentioned at the time of booking, and it felt unfair. Our first night was extremely uncomfortable as we couldn't sleep properly due to a mosquito problem in the room. Additionally, there was a clear shortage of staff, which resulted in extremely slow restaurant service, making our dining experience frustrating. Overall, our stay was far from pleasant, and I hope the management takes these issues seriously to improve their services.

We stayed here during mahakumbh and the rooms were renovated and exceeded the expectation of the govt properties. Food was ok ok in breakfast and rooms were spacious and good. You might find a better deal in coming days as well attaching photos of the rooms for your reference.

Good enough to stay when you don't get better accommodation. Typical Government set-up. Don't get Tea before 7 am. Breakfast buffet not up to mark. Rooms are okay.

Visited the hotel on a business visit to Prayagraj. Was sceptical before hand while booking but the Hotel management has proven me wrong. Hotel staff right from reception to in-room service staff has good softskills. One thing I would like to add from my side that the price paid for the room is not matching 100% to the level of service. The price must have been atleast 75% of what I paid will justify my stay. It includes breakfast in buffet. The Hotel is under renovation due to upcoming Maha Kumbh and would like to visit again in future

17.10 to 18.10.24.Godavari 4 bedded Suite. Rs 7840 incl Taxes. Pros: Big area occupied in prime M G Road, very near Prayagraj Junction and Civil Li es Bus Station. Reception staff, housekeeping staff and Restaurant staff, all were very helpful, cordial and receptive. Room is very big. Neat and clean. AC and TV working well. Breakfast at the Restaurant was complimentary, limited but ok. Big renovation work is in progress. But not affecting stay. Cons Bathroom and toilet are separate, but very small compared to the main room. Water in bathroom does not seep out easily. So there is waterlogging for the next persons in the room to take bath. Mug in toilet was broken. Only one piece of soap is for 4 persons. Suggestions The slide door could be placed near the wardrobe, so that ladies can change dress in private after bathing. More fans can be placed in the opposite side, where inmates do not wishbto use AC. Overall satisfactory. Hence 4 stars.

Dirty, damp rooms, full of mosquitoes. For the price this hotel charges, i won't recommend.

Centrally located. Adjacent bus stand. Good restaurant & breakfast.
