OYO 40436 Hotel Ganga Vilas

Very bad experience...worst hotel and Staff members..they did not give proper information..we did not even enter the hotel.. we just booked the hotel advance and again they call us and told us to give the total amount or else we will not give the room..we have book the room kumbmala time..police people did not even us entering to that area..and they even know that vehicles are also not allowing ..but they did not even inform us properly..after taking the amount also they did not even call us and ask us that u did not even come..they are very rudy and did not even give the single rupee also..we have just lost 6000rs..worst people..I wish God will see them ..I have seen all the reviews it very worst reviews..I wish God have to punish them..we are not getting the money from plants..we are also working hard for money..this people are like just taking our money and enjoying..plz if anybis booking don't ever book the rooms from this person. I am going to give police complaint and I going to put primal case and I'll give this number to cyber police

FIRST OF ALL WORST STAFF , Very Rude behaviour. they take money 10000 for one day and make us vacate within 11 hours. They don't receive calls also

The worst experience I have ever faced in my entire life , what not to say , mostly regarding the brokers once they show the location that's it they run away from here , nothing to do with anyone , and the best thing of this review is writing this one while sleeping near counter after payment done for room , this is their service , so there is nothing to say about location and rooms at all , paid for room and I have a complaint regarding room , but left me alone in the reception and everyone went for sleep , this is the rediculous one and handled the reception whole night , I simply and sincerely suggest not to enter this premises at any cost , disgusting experience had with family along with 9 rooms booked , my intention is that no one should suffer back same as like us

Once we check-in room will be in our control for 24 hours, by mistake we gave money while checkin, on other morning they said the room is for only 12 hours, and they said if u don't check out you need to pay for second time, they didn't informed anything about this while check-in. So don't check-in in this hotel, if they had chance like this they will loot all your money.third class roomservice with third class staff.. I recommend Oyo .and other sites Please. Block this such type hotel.... I m also informing people...please don't go in this hotel......

Too bad experience.Staff is not good. Poor quality rooms.Rooms are not airy.Suggest not to come .

Place was not good or comfortable. And security was also not good. U should take care u r luggage yourself. Cuz there was no security related equipment.

It's really challenging to say which one was worst from reception to room ,no parking,room size is less then kitchen, I don't think this place is even for humans, Fu***ng memories make me vomit..
