Max Hotel Prayagraj

We booked a max club room for our visit ..The room was clean and well maintained..it was the best experience in Prayagraj in budget ... it's beside railway station... so easily accessible... even the restaurant is very good ... the food was delicious... the staff was courteous and polite .. specially Ms. Komal was our host in the restaurant.. she was polite and respectful... Overall exceptional experience.. very happy with the service Highly recommend this hotel

Restaurant is goid quality nd tasty. Specially hostage ms komal is excellent nd good cooperative girl . Nd room resrvice also excellent. Location is very easy to access price also reasonalble|All staff are good at their work |Its worthy of spending.

Stayed here for 2 nights for business trip. Had a great time here. The best part of this hotel is the restaurant and the staff and their hospitality. Everyone was welcoming in nature. Wanted to highlight the hospitality provided by Miss Komal. She deserves a appreciation .

Unlike their pricing, there service is not per the best standards. Hotel is old and maintained on an average level. Towels given were torn up and tidy. They have unique checkin-checkout timings and do not cooperate on early check-ins or late checkouts even after confirming so during booking. Food is good and is served well during both buffet or Al-Carte. Location is a big advantage as its just walking distance from Prayagraj junction station.

It's a nice hotel nearby prayagraj railway station, within walking distance. Rooms are very clean and room service is quick. Food quality is good. Management system is also good. Suggestion: add basic dental kit with room. Interacted Receptionist named Komal , she is very decent professional and well behaved.

I can deal with bad hotels bad food but never with bad service. Writing this review solely because of a very bad customer experience....I ordered food well before closing time and asked them to keep the food outside my room as I was going out. They said no sir we can't keep it outside as it is against hotel policy and we won't take orders post 10.30. so I ordered food and came back in 15 mins and told them to deliver the food to room. A simple aloo paratha took more than 1 hr to reach my room and when I checked it was completely cold and kind of wet also. When I complained the same to reception, they checked with restaurant and came back to me saying sir you were not in the room, food was ready long back. I said no I came back in 15 mins and informed restaurant manager also that I am back. Then again, the same drama "Sir let me check and back but restaurant is closed, we can't serve you anything". They blamed me for everything and I have to sleep hungry now because of them. Who can eat sloggy paratha. Not even a single apology also and that what made me write this review. Guys come at your own risk because it is "apparently" a 3 star hotel but with a service of heartless/5....
